We Are Not Fish And That’s Why Care Homes Don’t Work captures a conversation at a care workers retreat which I created alongside Care and Support Workers ORGANISE! and The Community Wellbeing Collective. The film captures the wisdom, strength, and power of care workers in a meandering conversation on the themes of humanity, fish, pain, care and purpose, featuring elderly and child care worker and storyteller, Rumilla.
